EVENT:                      ANNUAL PICNIC MEETING AND AWARD PRESENTATION

                                    400 Block of East Commercial St. Willits

                                    Turn East off Main St. at the Commercial St. signal light.

 

HOSTESS CLUB:      WILLITS GARDEN CLUB

 

TIME:                         9:30 A.M. COFFEE HOUR

 

MEETING:                 10:30 A.M.

 

LUNCH:                     12:30 P.M.  Lunch, provided by the Willits Garden, will include

                                    Sloppy Joe Burgers, Potato Salad, Asian Cole Slaw, Corn Chips

                                    And a Jello Dish.  Dessert will include Ambrosia, Red, White and

                                    Blue Cookies and Watermelon.

CLUB PRESIDENTS:

1.      Bring white elephants, and items for the opportunity drawing.

2.      Type list of your club officers and chairmen

3.      Provide Director with names of  CGCI member service 20-50 years

4.      Be prepared to accept awards
